PHASE II DUES STRUCTURE
The Phase II Association maintains the infrastructure and community standards for residents in the second phase of Port Royal. All dues are collected quarterly to fund essential maintenance, landscaping, and administrative operations. Payment is required by the 1st of each month to ensure uninterrupted service and community transparency.
